Talent is partnering with a highly regarded avionics client based in the Sydney CBD to source a Data & Insights Specialist on an initial 5-month contract.
In this role you will:
- Design and execute precise data collection strategies, unearthing hidden trends and patterns that hold the key to strategic insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that empower leaders across the company to make informed decisions.
- Develop and implement sophisticated analytical solutions, pushing the boundaries of data utilization and driving impactful change.
- Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Deliver complex insights with clarity and confidence, captivating stakeholders and inspiring action.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst, preferably in finance, HR, or performance management contexts.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP analytics).
- Deep understanding of financial concepts and/or people performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex information with clarity and conciseness.
- Project management expertise and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Experience in automating data visualizations for efficient communication is highly desirable.

Terms
- Initial 5-month contract
- Paying between $750-800 per day plus 14% super
