My client is an award winning additive manufacturing company, who are currently experiencing rapid growth. Due to the expansion of the business, my client is looking for a Sales Executive to support the growth through increased revenues and profitability.

The successful person will have industry knowledge in Advanced Inks technology. In addition, you will be a strong communicator to attribute both business management and marketing needs.

My client supplies into a wide range of industries, making this an amazing opportunity to explore new markets and to thrive in a succeeding business.

Responsibilities

  • Accountability for meeting target gross profit, ensuring budget revenue is achieved.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, T&Cs and close deals with existing and new customers.
  • Lead the transition of new products – from concept to production.
  • Collaborate with various teams, developing prototypes and overseeing design iterations.
  • Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design Validation Process (DVP).
  • Deliver brand awareness strategies.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop market strategies.
  • Provide technical support and product training to sales teams and key customers.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings to support all sales and marketing activities, providing accurate technical information, delivering presentations and demonstrations.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry partners and customers.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives.
  • International travel.

Experience, Skills and Personal Qualities

  • University degree or college diploma in a technical/engineering field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in product development and introduction
  • Proven experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design Validation Processes (DVP).
  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development roles, with an ability to understand market needs and drive product adoption
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and CAD software
  • Six Sigma
