One of our clients in the pharma industry is looking for a Business Insights and Analytics Manager. The role is contract based for initially 12 months, starting ASAP, for 40 hours per week. The office is located in Amsterdam, with a hybrid policy in place (50% on-site).

Position overview
The Business Insights and Analytics Manager is responsible to proactively partner with all franchises on data analytics and creating actionable insights to accelerate adoption of the Company’s products.
Principal responsibilities
- Provides thought leadership by translating data into relevant brand information and providing deep dive analytics on strategic and important brand topics
- Assists the assigned Brand(s) / Franchise(s) to create data driven Patient Journeys and fills data blanks by initiating market research • Uses analytics rigor to assist Brand Teams in hypothesis generation and testing
- Merges diverse data sources, creating a forward-looking perspective and allowing Brand Teams to create next best actions
- Owns the customer relationships related to insights and analytics for promoted brands
- Creates meaning- and insightful Brand and or Key Account dashboards (together with the Data Manager and Salesforce Effectiveness Manager and in close collaboration with the end users) by using internal and external data sources
- Partners with franchises for launch readiness reviews, post launch reviews and CPOs Business reviews with insightful analysis for all promoted brands
- Finds, creates and evaluates relevant data sources for brand market performance analysis such as, but not limited to, hospital data, dynamic Rx data etc. together with the Data Manager
- Manages relationships with 3rd parties (e.g. Iqvia), tapping into new suppliers with breakthrough analytics technologies and data
- Enables excellence and efficiency in analytics service delivery by leveraging off-shore CoE’s services
- Drives continuous process’ optimization, enables cross-functional collaboration and facilities best-practice sharing between Brand Teams

About You
- Minimum: University degree in Business, science, or technology • Desirable: Masters, MBA
- Fluent spoken and written English, Dutch considered a plus
- 5+ years in marketing and commercial excellence experience in the healthcare Industry with proven experience in business analytics. Experience in industries with parallels in terms of business model desired (life sciences and similar)
