Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the UX design team, aligning design initiatives with business goals and user needs.

  3. User Research: Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders to define user personas, conduct user research, and gather insights to inform design decisions.

  4. UX Design Process: Oversee the end-to-end UX design process, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, ensuring high-quality and innovative design solutions that meet user requirements and business objectives.

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to integrate user experience design into product development processes and deliver seamless user experiences.

  6. Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products and platforms.

  7. Performance Evaluation: Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the UX design team, track progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and professional development.



Candidate's Profile

We are looking for people who has

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
