I’m recruiting for a specialist Property Development Solicitor to join a highly regarded real estate and housebuilding team in the Southeast. You’ll work alongside senior lawyers, assisting on complex property transactions with a strong focus on development work including land acquisitions, plot sales, construction, and planning matters.

This is an ideal role for a solicitor with existing development experience or a strong commercial/residential conveyancing or plot sales background looking to specialise in this growing sector.
