My client is a leading regional firm who are seeking a mid to senior-level employment lawyer to join their excellent team in Reading. The firm’s employment practice continues to receive new instructions and referred work and are providing an excellent chance to join during an exciting period of growth.

You will be expected to have a sound knowledge both claimant and respondent employment work alongside corporate support/transactional experience. You can expect to be involved in a variety of work such as drafting employment contracts, employment tribunals, dismissals, TUPE and more. You can expect lots of responsibility and client-facing matters, with the backing of a collegiate and supportive team.
