They are now looking for a further team member to bolster their corporate team and to work alongside a highly rated team of partners. As a solicitor in this corporate team, you will be handling complex corporate matters and assisting in the firm’s client development efforts. The work is varied and interesting and will include:

• Joint Ventures
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Private equity buy-outs
• Restructuring
• Banking
