My client is a Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm with an award-winning reputation in the market. Their Corporate team is highly ranked and is led by well-known individuals, which offers quality work and exposure to some of the most significant matters outside of London.

This regional heavy weight firm is seeking a 5 + years PQE Corporate lawyer to work in their acclaimed corporate team. You will have the benefit of working alongside true leaders in the field on work such as M&A, joint ventures, private equity and more, all for stellar clients including large corporate businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and SMEs.

This role will suit a commercially astute and knowledgeable individual who can manage a complex and varied caseload. This role also has strong options for career development and progression within a friendly but driven department.
