This role will see you joining a market-leading private client practice in Guildford, recognised both across the South of the UK and internationally for its quality of work and enviable clients; you can expect great quality matters within a genuinely supportive and ambitious working environment.

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Tackling a range of work such as contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims, trusts disputes, claims regarding estates and trustees and more.
• Collaborating with team members on highly complex and rewarding cases.
• Building lasting and strong relationships with the firm's existing clients, alongside seeking opportunities to grow the team’s reputation and caseload.
• Using natural empathy and clear legal guidance to assist clients through difficult decisions and events.
