Our client is a leading Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked firm recognised for their excellent work and clients across the full range of legal services. The firms’ excellent charities and social business team are currently seeking a junior-to-mid-level lawyer, to work alongside highly knowledgeable and notable lawyers in this rewarding area of law.

The teams’ clients include very prominent fundraisers, medium to start up charities, corporate foundations, and philanthropists. Therefore, their work is highly varied including setting up charities, drafting governing documents, advising on charities law, assisting with mergers or incorporations and more.

Overall, this position offers a great opportunity for individuals with corporate or commercial experience who are passionate about social business and charity work, or those who already have experience in this area and are keen to continue within one of the finest teams in the Southeast. Expect thorough mentoring and development and the chance to make a real impact on this specialist department.
