The work includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning and construction.

An opportunity has arisen for a commercial property solicitor with at least 5 years of qualified experience in commercial property to join the team. You will be responsible for a broad caseload including commercial landlord and tenant, freehold sales and purchases, acquisitions and disposals and more. For driven property lawyers this firm actively supports and encourages ongoing career development, providing an excellent platform to build you reputation in this sector whilst collaborating with leading senior lawyers.
