My client is a prestigious Legal 100 firm with a strong presence in the Southeast, offering a wide range of legal services to both businesses and individuals. They are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join the Dispute Resolution Group.

This role will see you handle various commercial disputes matters including but not limited to; banking and finance litigation, commercial and contractual disputes, negligence claims including professional negligence, shareholder disputes, defamation, judicial review and contentious insolvency. You will also be tasked with building strong client relationships and managing your own caseload as a key hire into this notable Disputes team.
