✔️The ideal candidate must have 4-5 years PQE
✔️Experience should be primarily gained in a common law jurisdiction (e.g., UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, South Africa)
✔️Must have experience advising on a wide range of transactional and advisory work, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, start-ups, reorganisations, and corporate structuring
✔️Must have worked within a top-tier corporate practice at an established firm
✔️Candidates based in the UAE and internationally are encouraged to apply
