About this Role:

A reputable financial institution is seeking an experienced insurance professional to help expand its business scale

Your Roles:

• Achieve the insurance sales goals by collaboration with the assigned Customer Relationship Managers/branches
• Drive strategic programs to develop a robust insurance culture on need based financial planning to target segments
• Able to cross-sell various types of insurance products and deliver innovative products to customers
• Implement the company’s policy and and comply with all the regulatory requirements

Your requirements:

• University degree and preferably with qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP
• 3 to 10 years’ insurance sales experience
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Customer-centric, self-driven and result-oriented, with ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua
