Are you a detail-oriented go-getter with a passion for supporting business leaders in achieving their goals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Look no further! Acorn by Synergie is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their client's dynamic team at Castle Cary.

 

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager and CEO with all administrative tasks. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the team, providing them with administrative support and helping them achieve their goals. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and can multitask with ease.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the General Manager and CEO with all administration tasks, including but not limited to: creating presentations, diary management, travel bookings, and action plans for the team.

- Take minutes during meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.

- Maintain and update the marketing team's database and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

- Create and manage excel spreadsheets for various projects and ensure data accuracy.

- Use your ability to prioritise tasks and show initiative in managing the team's workload efficiently.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management.

- Excellent time-management and organisational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with creating presentations in PowerPoint and managing excel spreadsheets.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
