Our client a prominent insurance company, has evolved into one of the largest and most influential life insurers in Hong Kong. Their Project Management Office is currently expanding and seeking a project manager to oversee their latest digital, IT, and marketing project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to enhance process efficiency using the latest technology or innovative methods.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including Group IT, to ensure quality system delivery within planned resources while meeting business needs.
• Facilitate requirements workshops to ensure comprehensive discussion and traceability of functional specifications from Group IT.
• Implement controls in reengineered processes to meet audit and corporate governance standards.
• Oversee UAT by ensuring test case completeness, monitoring progress, and managing defects to meet project deadlines.
• Manage Change Requests to ensure cost-effective use of IT resources.
• Establish change management mechanisms with impacted departments to ensure effective communication and training.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in insurance or finance institutions, including 2 years in management roles related to business analysis, project management, or IT.
• Certified PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a strong analytical and change-oriented mindset.
