Their IT department is on the lookout for a dynamic System Development Lead to join their application team and drive their high-performing team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of system developers, fostering effective collaboration and coordination.
• Oversee system development and implementation projects in key areas within the bank.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Prioritize projects and allocate resources based on business needs and strategic goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks in system development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support staff development through training.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in application and software development, with at least 6 years in solution design and project management.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking industry.
• At least 8 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
