Our client is one of the major stakeholders in Hong Kong's financial market, seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions for re-platforming our core banking supervision systems.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking supervision requirements, regulations, and industry trends. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of our organization and the financial institutions we regulate.
• Design and implement architecture solutions that align with industry trends, regulations, and best practices for banking supervision.
• Lead the re-platforming of our core banking supervision systems, including integration with existing systems and migration of existing data.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution designs, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly and meet the required standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies that impact banking supervision.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on banking-related systems being a plus.
• Good understanding of banking supervision regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and SharePoint development.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, and tools such as Java, .NET Core, React, and Kong.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
