Our client is a premier provider of pension solutions and asset servicing for global investment funds and pensions.Their IT team is currently expanding and looking for a Business Analyst with experience in MPF/ORSO projects.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements to facilitate effective software system development through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks, and workflow analysis.
• Assess information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, distinguish user requests from underlying needs, and provide value-added advice to ensure requirements align with company objectives and IT strategy.
• Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements, delivering necessary documentation in line with our enterprise-wide methodology.
• Lead business units and ensure the successful execution of project plans.
• Act as the intermediary between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the IT team, ensuring the technical vision meets usability and performance needs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of solid business analyst experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in retirement scheme products and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix reporting structure.
• Hands-on experience with MPF or related retirement scheme administrative operations is a definite advantage.
