They are seeking a skilled and dynamic Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both the business and IT departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and systems.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders in both English and Cantonese. 
• Travel to Japan as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in UI/UX Design is a plus.
