Our client is a fast-growing insurance company in Hong Kong, building a new digital division. They seek a Digital Platform Owner to lead the development and management of digital platforms, ensuring alignment between business and IT. The role focuses on optimizing processes, driving digitization, and delivering solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and transform end-to-end consultant sales, onboarding, and service processes, leveraging digital tools to maximize efficiency.
• Define business needs, translate them into functional requirements/user stories, and ensure solutions meet strategic goals.
• Oversee change requests, uphold governance standards, and maintain quality across project lifecycles.
• Partner with internal teams, IT, and external vendors to implement system improvements that support business growth.
• Develop best practices, lead end-user training, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and present data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
• Apply expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years as a Digital Platform Owner or Product Owner, with a focus on bridging business and IT.
• Proven success in digitizing sales and service workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and align technical solutions with business needs.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall).
