About the Role

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the financial operations, from posting journal entries to preparing financial statements. How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Posting journal entries and recording daily financial transactions
  • Preparing financial statements and management reports
  • Maintaining accounts receivable/payable and performing reconciliations
  • Issuing payment invoices and receipts to clients
  • Assisting with periodic financial reports, account reconciliations, and financial closings
  • Supporting audits and reviewing company expenditures, such as payroll and petty cash
  • Collaborating with the finance team on continuous improvement and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

What You Need to Win:

  • Currently working towards a business administration or finance qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role
  • European language skills (advantageous)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Finance (a plus) and financial closings
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
  • A passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement
