Customer Service Advisor                                                       £28,000 Dorking, Surrey

Exciting opportunity for a business minded, ambitious customer service professional with excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.

This role is designed to provide a route for an accomplished Customer Service Advisor to traverse into a position where you will be confirming orders as they come into the business either online or by telephone. You will be expected to work those orders onto the system. This is an opportunity created for individuals who are genuinely interested in progressing from purely a customer service environment, into a one that has more of a soft sales focus. 

You will come from a customer services background; however, the right mindset and attitude will be the overall deciding factor.

Due to the office location, you must be a car driver with access to a car 5 days a week, Mon – Fri.

Duties:

• You will be answering incoming calls from customers who are looking to place an order.
• Answering emails that are sent into the business from prospective buyers.
• Deliver high end customer service to confirm the incoming business.
• Administer sales info onto the internal computer system.
• Other duties that may be expected when working for a SME.
