Description:
1. Undertake General Warehouse Duties:

• General Warehouse duties for Lab Environments:
• Packing and unpacking hardware,
• Use of lifting equipment and pallet trucks
• Correct part identification and shipment preparation

• Administrative duties:
• Record Keeping
• Asset tracking
• GDPR compliance
• Loan management
• Shipping paperwork checks
• Scrapping hardware via provided processes

2. Support Developers working in Lab Environments

• Provide Technical Support for Developers and Test Engineers:
• Movement of h/w in and out of 42u racks
• Computer hardware knowledge
• Linux and Windows operating system knowledge
• Basic Electrical and Electronic experience
• Networking technologies (Ethernet & Fibre switches, IPv4 and IPv6)
• Gathering of requirements for configurations to be built

• Support Lab Infrastructure
• Understand Distributed Power (3 phase)
• Understand Lab Cooling

3. IT Support

• IT Support activities
• Maintain records and IT Security compliance for systems and lab locations
• Technical administration of local databases and monitoring systems
• Problem determination of Network, Server and Storage issues
• Remote Hand and Eyes support for Worldwide teams
