Overview
- An industry-leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence & Automation Lead Analyst to join its Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team.
- The ICM team plays a critical role in ensuring robust risk management and control capabilities across the firm's wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk activities.
- As part of ongoing transformation efforts, ICM is investing in enhancing processes, controls, systems and governance to drive consistency, best practices and closer alignment with regulatory goals.

The Role
In this key role, you will advise senior stakeholders on technology solutions for high-priority initiatives, develop automated workflow tools, create and maintain centralized content repositories, and provide reporting/analytics support. Rapid prototyping skills and the ability to work across diverse technologies are essential as you respond to evolving business requirements.

Your Background
- 10+ years' technical experience in a large enterprise environment
- Expertise building data pipelines/analytics using KNIME or similar platforms
- Strong Python, SQL, VBA, Access and Excel skills
- Experience creating/administering SharePoint sites
- Knowledge of technology control frameworks (CRISC, CISA)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
