Our client is seeking a seasoned Total Reward Manager to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. The opportunity to work within a multinational culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Total Rewards processes, policies, and programs, ensuring consistent delivery of CoE solutions both globally and regionally.
What you'll do:
As a Total Reward Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop Total Rewards processes, policies, and programs. You will ensure the consistent delivery of CoE solutions both globally and regionally. Your role will involve calculating incentive schemes, conducting job evaluations, updating benefits programs, understanding focused countries/regional group on Compensation & Benefits policies and market practices. You will also be expected to work in global/regional teams to create and deliver consistent and standardized processes and programs with customization for regions and markets.
- Design and deliver Total Rewards CoE solutions including specialized service delivery
- Calculate incentives scheme, conduct job evaluations, update benefits programs
- Understand focused countries/regional group on Compensation & Benefits policies and market practices
- Work in global/regional teams to create and deliver consistent and standardized processes and programs with customization for regions and markets
- Manage specialist Reward services and processes
- Support on Total Rewards related queries such as compensation processes and benefits
- Align Total Rewards processes and programs to regional and local business priorities, culture and organizational values
- Rapidly create potential improvements and recommendations, iteratively testing and refining regional and local HR solutions
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Total Reward Manager position brings over 5-10 years of experience in Total Rewards program design and implementation. You should have experience working with one or all of the compensation, benefits, global mobility components of specialty in MNC operations either regionally or globally. Your ability to drive business results through culturally driven program ownership will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your collaboration skills will be put to use as you develop relationships with various stakeholders.
- Over 5-10 years Total Rewards program design and implementation experience (one of or all of the compensation, benefits, global mobility components of specialty) in MNC operations regionally or globally.
