A few of your key responsibilities as Group Business Controlling Manager:

  • Improving financial performance by working with teams and management
  • Create a strong control framework
  • Supervise the budget and forecast process
  • Ensure accurate financial performance and KPI reviews
  • Manage CAPEX disclosure and reporting
  • Manage the Group reporting
  • Develop management reports and train country teams
  • Manage and maintain the BI tool
  • Boost ERP and consolidation system efficiency
  • Optimise OPEX efficiency with cost-cutting and restructuring
  • Promote efficiency and effectiveness in asset management, and claims processing
  • Provide monthly reporting
  • Prepare financial data for board meetings

 

 

 



Required profile for the role as Group Business Controlling Manager:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in finance or controlling, ideally in an international setting
  • Skilled in using financial systems, ERP platforms, and BI tools
  • Capability to interact with senior management and cross-departmental teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strategic thinker with a sense of urgency, structured and highly organized with a pro-active, hands-on attitude
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
