One of our biggest clients within the Fashion Industry, is looking for a Product Owner Personalisation. 


The Department and Team Join our European Membership & CRM team, dedicated to enhancing member acquisition, satisfaction, and retention across all European markets and direct consumer channels.

The Role We are looking for a Product Owner Personalisation for Europe. In this role, you will execute member segmentation and personalisation initiatives to improve consumer engagement and conversion. You'll collaborate closely with our Data Science team, CRM teams, and marketing automation specialists.

Your goal will be to deepen our understanding of our members through segmentation models and consumer research, creating tailored strategies to optimize engagement. We seek a hands-on expert in translating data-driven insights into actionable recommendations, driving personalised experiences that resonate with our members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage consumer segmentation and personalisation models
  • Plan and coordinate the development of segmentation models
  • Scope and coordinate email personalisation experiments
  • Orchestrate automated personalisation and data collection tactics
  • Plan and execute member research


Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in CRM, analytics, or consumer segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management and collaboration skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Consumer research expertise is a plus


This position is available exclusively through secondment!
