About the Senior HR Analytics Specialist role
The Senior HR Analytics Specialist will support the company growth in terms of Talent Acquisition, Compensations & Benefits, HR Project Management, HR Analytical Indicators, Labour Relations and Training & Formation.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Senior HR Analytics Specialist main functions will be to:
- Prepare, update and report HR indicators.
- Analyse, monitor and manage salary policies, monitoring fixed/variable remuneration and other benefits associated with the respective hierarchy;
- Lead all maters related with Time Management Policies;
- Project lead as main responsible for several retributive frameworks, salary increases, promotions and advancements;
- Analyse and report internal equity and external competitiveness;
- Project lead salary studies, surveys/benchmarking;
Requirements:
For this position, we require a mid-Senior HR, Social Sciences/Law graduate, with a 5-7 years+ experience as an HR Generalist within a multinational. A previous experience in Retail Industry or on a Big 4 would be a strong asset.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory, Spanish and French are a strong plus. Strong analytic and strategic outlook of the industry as well as proven coordination and communication skills are mandatory.
