What does the Recruitment Consultant role involve at Robert Walters Dubai?

You will be working in a team who are very established in the Accountancy and Finance market across the GCC.

  • This is a full 360 recruitment consultant opportunity, and you will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.
  • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions will be a core part of your role.
  • You’ll have the chance to work with exclusive, high-profile clients and engage with influential business leaders across various sectors.


What are we looking for in the right candidate?

  • We are interested in speaking to experienced recruitment consultants who are currently based in the Middle East or candidates based internationally who are interested in relocating.
  • For international candidates, they must be able to relocate within 3 months maximum.
  • The ideal candidate will need 2 years minimum recruitment experience, ideally in Accountancy and Finance sector and a strong track record of billing.
  • You will be confident at pro-active business development, managing client accounts and relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player and work collaboratively with the wider office. You will have excellent communication skills and take pride in your work.
