Our client is looking for SAP FICO Analyst/Consultant who has technical and functional experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Finance, including controlling – cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, results analysis, unsettled costs, month / year end close, overhead assessment, settlement and has experience in an end user environment supporting business critical SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to end-users for day-to-day FICO activities such as troubleshooting issues, resolving queries and providing guidance on SAP best practices
- Analyse existing architecture to identify process improvement opportunities
- Use knowledge of SAP FICO and business processes to help in issue investigation, escalation and resolution
- Support collaboration with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements
- Lead mapping / blueprinting business processes to the capabilities of SAP FICO solutions
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users
- Support post-go-live to end-users, addressing any significant issues or concerns
- Translate business process discussions into functional and technical requirements
- Participates in the development of the to be process
- Demonstrates best practice / standard approach
- Contributing to project planning and delivery
- Maintain the operational health of core SAP systems
- Contribute to improvement of business / system processes
- Support project delivery
Key Skills Required:
- Process and SAP FICO Expertise
- Expert knowledge in SAP FICO technical and functional
- Expert knowledge in the SAP FICO module
- Experience in SAP Finance, including controlling – cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, product costing, profitability analysis, results analysis, unsettled costs, month / year end close, overhead assessment, settlement
- Experience in ongoing support to end-users for day-to-day FICO activities such as troubleshooting issues, resolving queries and providing guidance on SAP best practices
- Experience in SAP ECC, PO, BW, Concur
- At least one SAP Certification in core skillset
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
- Ability to positively support and encourage others through change
- An excellent understanding of how technology can enable business process to drive business benefit
- Current knowledge of emerging technology trends
- Current knowledge of the ANZ IT marketplace
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally
