Our global financial client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to manage a high priority system/application replacement project.

Key Skills Required:
- A strong understanding of business process analysis principles and methodologies.
- Experience in document business processes
- Extensive experience in business process analysis and process improvement in a complex organisation
- Experience in analysing complex business process issues and information, combined with the ability to constructively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- The ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders to uncover insights and drive buy-in for system replacement project
- Analyse current systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and leveraging technology to enhance outcomes.
- Experience with process mapping tools, data analysis software, and other relevant technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment with transformation goals
- Experience in banking, insurance and finance industry – good to have
