A British outsourcing organisation with bases throughout the UK, Continental Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and North America. Our client specialises in 5 key sectors: Defence, Justice and Immigration, Transport, Health and Citizen services
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Recruitment Operations Manager for a 6 month contract based in the Midlands but able to work remotely.
Purpose of the Role:
The role will support the Talent Acquisition Managers to deliver the operational plan to proactively plan, attract, source, select and maintain a pipeline of existing and potential candidates to meet the volume variable business requirements.
As a Recruitment Operations Manager you will be responsible for:
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Managers and key BU points of contact, to develop a strategy and plan for each business unit where the requirement is for repeatable and volume resource, for example Justice & Immigration, Health and Citizen Service
- Working with the Employer Branding and Marketing Manager ensure the attraction strategy can deliver the business requirements and maintain a robust and healthy pipeline of suitable candidates.
- Using data to drive the performance and output of the team is managed effectively and are delivering the numbers
- Work with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure appropriate resource is allocated across the business unit teams.
- Deliver a consistent and 'best practice' candidate experience.
- Responsible for effective stakeholder management of the recruitment service including maintaining a working relationship with business leaders
- Educate customers (hiring managers, candidates and other stakeholders) on the resourcing process and the roles/responsibilities involved in the process, ensuring relevant approvals are obtained prior to commencement of recruitment and offer and process compliance, including accurate and consistent systems utilisation & tracking
What we require from the candidate:
- Will have successfully Managed RPO Blue Collar Recruitment
- Able to generate a recruitment plan and successfully execute it.
- Fully understands KPI and Demand Planning.
- Has previous experience running Assessment Centres (highly desirable)
- Has successfully worked in a fast-paced high volume recruitment environment.
- Permanent Recruitment background would be preferred.
This client will only accept workers operating via an <Umbrella> or <PAYE> engagement model.
