Salary: GBP30000 - GBP40000 per annum + + Bonus
My client is a well-renowned global name, offering an array of unified communication services, to SME's and Enterprise businesses. My client is looking for an inspirational Telesales Manager who will support and train new and existing desk-based sales team to deliver on KPIS and targets. The role will be suited to someone with a wealth of knowledge in the B2B Sales environment, ideally within Tech/IT/Telecoms. You must have a proven track record in coaching and developing others.

Role Summary:
The Telesales Manager will be responsible for inspiring and coaching, through structured and motivational sales training, of systems (CRMS), products, and services, along with KPI monitoring. You will monitor calls, and keep track of quality, and handling times.

The sales team is a mixture of lead generation executives, account managers and BDMs.
This role would suit a B2B sales team leader, telesales team leader, sales trainer, sales coach, with a track record of coaching teams for improved service levels and sales results.

You Must Have:
• Excellent sales coaching and communication skills
• Proven track record of managing a high-performing sales teams (5-10+ people)
• Developing and delivering sales training programs
• Proven ability to coach sales teams to success.
• Ability to develop and deliver custom training programs.
• Experience in training/learning principles and methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Sales Trainer Responsibilities:
• Working closely with senior members of staff to identify which individuals require additional support and coaching.
• To assist the individuals to ensure that targets are exceeded each month using a coaching framework.
• Act as a role model to salespeople and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
• Evaluate employees’ performance and implementation of coaching after each session.
• Providing feedback to Senior Directors. reporting on coaching findings and call score/KPIS.
• Driving commercial performance as a result of coaching delivered.
• Analysing data to plan and optimise performance with individuals.
• Building fantastic colleague & stakeholder relationships
• Liaising with assigned salespeople to increase their sales performance using proven coaching models.
• Plan and demonstrate various coaching solutions via needs analysis based on individuals.
• Deliver sessions for existing and new products.
