The role involves selling a range of unified communication services, such as lease lines, cloud, connectivity, and data network solutions, to both new and existing business clients. The position is based in Fareham, with a hybrid work setup, and offers a salary of £28k-32k plus uncapped commission (OTE £55k).
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in consultative selling, including implementation of effective sales practices.
- Familiarity with sales cycles of varying lengths (short, medium, long term).
- Proficiency in managing a territory, including diary management and journey planning.
- Ability to generate new business opportunities independently.
- Experience in growing existing accounts and increasing share of wallet.
- Understanding of creating, managing, and accurately forecasting sales pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients to sell the Unified Communication product portfolio, particularly leased lines and data network solutions.
- Efficiently manage own diary and journey planner to maximize productivity.
- Create accurate sales pipeline opportunities and identify future sales possibilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with a desk-based Business Development Manager and other product specialists.
