• Lead a team of engineering technicians to deliver effective day-to-day maintenance engineering of a cutting-edge food production factory

• Budget control and CAPEX experience
• Proven leadership skills in a high-pressure production and maintenance environment
• Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience using CMMS to maximize productivity and plant performance
• People management and coaching abilities
