Production supervisor wanted

• Working 5 days from the 7 (with 2 days off) with the rota being done in advance
• 0700am-16.15pm
• Starting hourly rate £14.33
• Temp to perm

Major is looking for a Production supervisor to join our client based in Greenford, Ealing. You will help lead the Production team and support our Production operatives to manage and keep our production operations running smoothly. This is a temp to perm position, with an offer of a contract at the end of probation.

About the role – Production supervisor

• Under the guidance of the production Manager you will lead your team in a fast-paced operation.
• You will ensure core operations such as production line, dispensing dept, line cleaning, following food health and safety and ensuring all staff adhire to proceedures.
• You will make sure all record keeping is clear and up to date.
• You will help determine staffing levels and assign workload
• You will help identify areas of improvement and help to establish new procedures as needed

Role requirements – Production supervisor

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Operative or Warehouse Supervisor
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency preferable
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
