Customer Journey Expert

For one of our clients active within the Banking Industry we are looking for a Customer Journey Expert.

 
As the Customer Journey Expert you will work on the development of the new design of company onboarding. The goal of this (new to build) team is to register a company in the systems and make sure the customer can proceed his onboarding journey.

The main challenge is to move towards a new standardized and efficient architecture landscape with a focus on self-service and digitization.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Drive projects from concept to execution
  • Do user research and analysis to understand the needs of the customer 
  • Identify areas of improvement
  • Balance the optimal customer journey value
  • Influence relevant stakeholders

Profile: 

  • Around 3+ years of relevant work experience as an Product owner, Business Analyst, Customer Journey Expert, Product specialist/lead or similar role
  • Pro-active, enthusiastic 
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience within IT Business
  • Fluent in English/Dutch
  • Dutch is a plus

Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 months with extension
Hours per week: 36 hours
