We are seeking an enthusiastic BI Analyst to join our global clients team in Amsterdam.
As the IT BI Analyst, you collaborate with business teams and leaders, carefully listening to business challenges to offer relevant ideas and solutions in today’s marketplace. Your role involves providing insights from concept to delivery while managing and prioritizing the BI product delivery backlog.
Responsibilities
- Identify top-priority Business Intelligence needs
- Translate user requests into product requirements
- Develop IT plans supporting business needs
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations
- Design robust data models, reports, and dashboards
- Promote a data-driven culture and align with Global IT
- Provide mentoring, training, and issue resolution
You'll bring
- Minimum 4 years of Business Intelligence support and development experience
- Methodical and systematic approach
- Autonomous, deadline-driven, excellent communication
- Leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and conscious listening
Preferred Skills
- Understanding and experience with SAP ECC, SAP Hana Modeling tools, S4 Hana
- Experience with Power Suite
