Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a IT Infrastructure Project Delivery/Manager to join my client in the FMCG industry here in Tokyo, Japan. This role is hybrid working style so this person must be located in or near Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between local business users/stakeholders, regional and GTI (Global Technology Infrastructure) team
• Manage and execute project portfolio, crisis escalation and key operations for GTI & local IT & Data in the region
• Support the implementation of the GTI & local IT infrastructure roadmap relevant to the region and manage the execution of IT Infrastructure products
• Support day to day local infrastructure working with GTI Product Team and Local IT/Data teams
• Provide functional user support based on internal SLAs and KPIs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT project coordination/delivery/management
• Experience in communication with business users, vendros, and internal IT team
• Strong experience in working with global teams/organiations
• Basic Infrasturcture knowledge 
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Business level of both English and Japanese required
• PMP certificates and/or Azure knowledge/experience a plus
