About the Job
This hands-on leadership role involves supervising on-site crews, coordinating daily operations, reading and interpreting plans, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. 

Location: South Auckland - Papakura

Benefits:
Pay Rate ranging from $35 - $44 depending on experience

Soft and Hard Landscaping Experience

What you’ll be doing:
· Supervise and coordinate on-site landscape teams
· Read and interpret landscape plans and drawings
· Oversee hardscape and softscape installation (retaining walls, paving, turf, planting, irrigation, etc.)
· Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
· Prior supervisory or foreman experience

What we’re looking for:
· Prior supervisory or foreman experience
· Skilled in all aspects of landscaping, including paving, decking, retaining walls, planting, and general site works
· Ability to confidently read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings
· Experienced digger/excavator operator
· Full NZ Driver’s License and able to drive a manual vehicle
· Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of outdoor work
