- Working hours/days: 35 hours per week between the hours of 08:00am - 16:00pm, or 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

You will be responsible for providing advice and support to colleagues across the business.

What will our new Customer Service Administrator be responsible for:
- Raising POs
- Order processing
- Taking payments over the phone
- Raising invoices
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Resolving customer queriers
- Administration duties such as; filing, organising, updating spreadsheets
What are we looking for in our next Customer Service Administrator:
- Previous experience working in similar role
- Good Knowledge of MS Packages including Excel
- Fantastic communication skills
- Knowledge of Sage software would be a bonus
