Salary: GBP12.36 - GBP13.73 per hour + Free Onsite Parking

  • Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
  • Working hours/days: 35 hours per week between the hours of 08:00am - 16:00pm, or 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

HRGO Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic character to join one of our clients based in Leeds as a Customer Service Administrator.

You will be responsible for providing advice and support to colleagues across the business.

What will our new Customer Service Administrator be responsible for:

  • Raising POs
  • Order processing
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Raising invoices
  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Resolving customer queriers
  • Administration duties such as; filing, organising, updating spreadsheets

 

What are we looking for in our next Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous experience working in similar role
  • Good Knowledge of MS Packages including Excel
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Knowledge of Sage software would be a bonus
