Java Engineer

W2 Contract

Salary Range: $124,800 - $145,600 per year

Location: Seattle, WA - Hybrid Role

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of current proficiency in building Java services within large cloud environments
• Experience with data structures and algorithms
• Expertise in data modeling and object-oriented programming
• Application and container deployment using Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience with Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, and Zookeeper
• Experience building client and server APIs using JSON, GRPC, and REST, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Experience and knowledge of Prometheus and Open Telemetry
• Experience with Maven, Gradle, Jersey, Jackson, Sprint Boot, and Junit
• Experience with IntelliJ and Git/GitHub
• Familiarity and comfort with macOS
