Medacs Homecare is currently recruiting for an ECM Administrator to manage the Electronic Call Monitoring system.

Working Monday to Friday 10am-6pm from the Manchester, Salford Quays offices.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the ECM system regularly and follow up on Care Workers that have not logged in or out of visits
  • Ensuring any unconfirmed visits can be reconciled
  • Daily reconciliation of electronic call monitoring system and report any remaining disputed visits to the Registered Branch Manager on a weekly basis
  • Producing electronic call monitoring reports
  • Following up alerts, investigate unconfirmed visits on ECM and provide a daily log of unconfirmed visits to the Registered Branch Manager
  • Maintaining ECM compliance on various contracts for planned versus actual time duration of visits
  • Highlighting and reporting any anomalies regarding timesheets to the Branch/Care Manager/Team Leader
  • Ensuring all clients are assigned tags on the system and carers issued with their phones
  • Allocating tags from ended packages to be reassigned to new ones
  • Ensuring ended packages are inactive to avoid charges or financial contractual penalties
  • Ensuring that all annual leave, sickness and maternity and other absence information is processed for payment
  • Producing a weekly reports of un-submitted timesheets and take action
  • Supporting branch with all administrative duties
  • First point of contact for all ECM queries
  • Using your administrative and Excel/IT knowledge and skills
