Salary: GBP23000 - GBP23000 per annum

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Workforce Solutions Administrator to work hybrid from our London offices in Soho Square,London.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Providing telephone help desk to clients, candidates, and agencies
  • Managing the medical bank inbox
  • Liaising with Healthcare professionals and candidates
  • Conducting pre-employment checks and inputting records on system
  • Managing and reporting on the internal system, keeping all jobs updated and data entered correctly
  • Scanning all complete files
  • Ensuring all timesheets are handled in a prompt manner
  • Inputting jobs/bookings and rotas onto the system in a timely manner
  • Resolving payroll queries from healthcare workers

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you will have either a Recruitment background, NHS/Healthcare Administration experience or have a strong Administration background with the ability to multi-task, work to a very fast pace and good attention to detail.
