Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Workforce Solutions Administrator to work hybrid from our London offices in Soho Square,London.
Here’s some of the key responsibilities:
- Providing telephone help desk to clients, candidates, and agencies
- Managing the medical bank inbox
- Liaising with Healthcare professionals and candidates
- Conducting pre-employment checks and inputting records on system
- Managing and reporting on the internal system, keeping all jobs updated and data entered correctly
- Scanning all complete files
- Ensuring all timesheets are handled in a prompt manner
- Inputting jobs/bookings and rotas onto the system in a timely manner
- Resolving payroll queries from healthcare workers
ABOUT YOU
Ideally you will have either a Recruitment background, NHS/Healthcare Administration experience or have a strong Administration background with the ability to multi-task, work to a very fast pace and good attention to detail.
