Salary: GBP28000 - GBP32000 per annum + plus generous bonus on meeting KPI’s

Medacs Global Group is currently recruiting for a an Allied Health Professionals Recruitment Consultant to join the London team.  The role is hybrid working remotely from home and our London offices and as you will be the main point of contact for the client you will be regularly travelling to visit the clients onsite in London.

You will be managing and growing a desk fulfilling bookings by supplying AHP professionals for temporary roles and achieving business objectives through successfully getting the right candidates into the right jobs and building closer long term client relationships.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining regular contact with AHP candidates and clients, building lasting relationships
  • Filling temporary AHP bookings
  • Travelling to visit the client onsite in London
  • Putting AHPs such as Radiologists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Langugae therapists and Pharmacists forward for work at every opportunity
  • Maximising potential by passing on leads to colleagues and actively promoting services Medacs offer
  • Maintaining up to date computerised and hard copy files and record of all assigned AHPs

An experienced Recruitment consultant with AHP sector experience and strong relationship building skills. You will be proficient in identifying commercial opportunities and identifying high-quality individuals.
