THE ROLE
A mid/senior level corporate lawyer is sought to join a fast growing International Corporate Group in London.
This will be a broad Corporate role, with a specific focus on M&A.
The International Corporate Group offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures.
The firm offers the full remit of corporate expertise to a wide range of clients from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.
You will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) but also with an opportunity to work on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
THE CANDIDATE
You will need to be highly motivated and keen to take responsibility in a team where the lawyers are technically excellent and have the ability to apply their legal skills in a practical way.
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent academic achievement.
• Experience of leading on corporate transactions gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level.
• A desire to be working for a truly international firm.
