Digital Acquisition Manager - Required for this high-end luxury niche travel company based in a great location in central London. They are looking for an experienced Digital marketing manager who is a PPC expert from another luxury travel company or a online luxury retailer, they will pay up to £50,000 plus benefits.
Digital Acquisition Managers duties
-Responsible for the proactive planning, optimisation and execution of best in class paid search, display, email and social strategy to drive marketing efficiency, customer conversion and market share ambition in multiple markets
-Ensure the right audience is reached for cost-effective sales and conversions
- Accountable for efficient spend through forecasting and budget management, using attribution techniques, ROI modelling and management of bid rules
-Operate with the key levers of Luxury as well as the guidelines and operating principles of the brand
-Deliver and present regular analysis and KPI reporting as well as key learnings, market context and opportunities, to assist with rapid decision-making and course correcting of performance in order to mitigate risk or capture opportunities
-Ensure robust hypotheses deliver insightful results through tests, data analysis, trends and insights in order to achieve profitable growth in PPC campaigns
-Seek out regular understanding of customers to feed into tone of voice and ability to drive performance whilst protecting brand values
-Work with the Engineering team to automate digital marketing processes and scale up campaigns where applicable (e.g. scripts, in-house solutions)
-Build an enhanced framework for acquisition strategy via PPC channels, including on-site behavioural data as well as modelling of multi-touch pathing to further increase customer targeting ability and growth areas
- Build upon existing Best Practice initiatives and be ahead of the curve on trends and platform developments
-Track, report and analyse initiatives, campaigns performance and competitors’ movements
-you are responsible for 2 members of the marketing team who are home based
Digital Acquisition Manager skills required
-You must be a PPC expert in the luxury market, ideally the travel industry but they will look at online retailers
-Demonstrable success in customer targeting and acquisition through Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns in a luxury business; specifically, HNW & UHNW customers
-Adept at defining and executing PPC strategies that correlate with meaningful impact on business metrics and goals
- A solid commercial mindset
- High analytical and numerical skills; tracking what matters and documenting, not only looking at but also beyond numbers with a relentless attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Accustomed to fast moving and deadline-driven environments that require a flexible approach to a constantly changing landscape
- Experienced in clearly articulating complex challenges and solutions
- Enthusiasm and curiosity for trends in digital marketing and analytic
-Proactive, self-motivated and happy to be hands-on
-Strong project management, organisational and problem-solving skills
-BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative test-driven field
- Experience of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Social Ads, Bid management tools, Tag Manager and Mouseflow. Mixpanel and SQL experience are a plus
