Our client is a leading MNC beauty brand. They are looking for a (Senior) CRM Manager to join their team in developing and executing the customer relationship management strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide ideas on CRM data collection and collaborate with front line staff.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize CRM tools and software for ROI maximum effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report on CRM metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business goals.
  • Lead projects that enhance the customer journey and improve overall experience.

 

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field , proven experience in beauty or retail industry is a must. 
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
