Data Technical Lead

For our key client we are seeking a Data Technical lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative data solutions within the dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide both coaching and technical leadership, driving the successful execution of data features and solutions across the company. As a Data Technical Lead, you will be at the forefront of the technological innovation, shaping the future of data-driven strategies. What does your work entail?

Data Engineering - Provide coaching and expertise in data engineering and analytics, managing data solution implementation.

Management - Offer regular updates, manage risks, and lead data engineers operationally and technically.

Managing Stakeholders - Work with global data architects to ensure best practices and effective technology use.

Continuous Development - Uphold data standards and oversee technical execution for product backlog alignment.

Leadership - Guide the data team in development processes, aiding in cross-team coordination for integration.

What’s expected from you?

Besides fluent in English and already living in the Netherlands, your profile matches the following requirements:

• Multiple years of experience as Data Engineer/Architect
• Robust experience in cloud technologies
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership experience
